Your cosy Algarvian style town house in Lagos in a quiet street - set high up providing views across the town and the Marina, to the hills of Monchique, and out to the sea. The combination of being thoughtfully designed and owned by a interior designer gives this compact house a feeling of light and spaciousness. Ideal for persons seeking a quiet stay and at the same time the benefit of town facilities within a very short walking distance.

Sleeps and fully equipped for 2 persons.

The main accommodation is pleasantly located on the first floor and comprises of a living-room with a modern wood-burning stove, large French-window at one end and an open-plan fully fitted kitchen at the other. There are a fridge/freezer, cooker, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, micro-wave, dish washer, etc…

The bedroom has twin beds and a large fitted wardrobe with overhead storage. It also has vented heating from the wood-burner stove. Next to the bedroom is a modern bathroom with bath, shower, lavatory, bidet, electric towel-rail and a built-in washing machine .

On the same level between kitchen and the bathroom there is a large storage place for with cleaning material - it also has plenty of room for suitcases, etc....

On the second floor is a small study area opening out onto a large tiled roof terrace commanding stunning 360º views. This terrace has the added advantage of being completely private and not being overlooked.

Finished to a high standard, it is fully insulated and has all modern conveniences: TV and Satellite, Radio-cassette, electric oil-heater and barbecue and terrace furniture. Also, a good library of books in the English language.

Cleaning and change of linen is included once a week.

Prices: per week for two persons, range from £420 in high season to £250 in the winter. There is a possibility of extra sleeping on sofa bed at an extra 10%.

Electricity is not included in the rent in the winter months and will be charged according to usage. Wood logs can be provided at the local price.

(Winter short stay of less than one week are not usually accepted. Long winter lets periods at a reduced price are available. Over the Christmas and New Year special arrangements are possible)
